My initial solution. The quality of data provided in the JSON file is relatively clean, so can be filtered easily. So I did not even thought about regex parse.

After going through the solution, I have done a little practice using dynamic rename, by take field names from right input rows according to position.

Note: the order of columns did not maintain following the cross tab tool, this was something unexpected.
