This was a fun, quick puzzle! My numbers are slightly different from the provided solution, but appears to be due to more current data.

I didn't go further into column name changes or summation of the data. The dataset was parsed into what was a similar type of table as presented in the output.

Likely not the intent - but this exercise took me to the API INPUT TOOL.  No brainer.
