I'm a little doubtful that the Unique tool there at the end would handle possible variations of something like this in the real world. But, it was effective and efficient for this exercise.

I had to sneak a peak at the solution! I got stuck down a Multi-Row Formula rabbit hole thinking I could calculate the Remaining column with just one instance of the tool.
