It annoys me that Alteryx doesn't draw great circle lines with poly build (but distance is calculated with great circle distances), so I incorporated @Matthew 's excellent great circle macro to make a more visually pleasing map.  I also only plotted the longest distance traveled on the map.  The solution looks a bit of a mess with every sales rep's path plotted.
