Spatial Info is a new one for me... Nifty tool and surely one I'll use a bunch. Thanks!

Solution attached. Solved it using the spatial formulas. Really like the Spatial info tool

Got me thinking why the numbers I was getting where different until I saw it was common :-)

Probably didn't need to do the multi row formula but it did make me look at the spatial formula functions which I rarely use.
