SUBMIT YOUR IDEATo arrive at the correct answer for this particular problem, one could use the formula tool to sum up the row total. However, this approach is not very dynamic when there are more/fewer columns in future data. So I've decided to take a different approach (another way is to simply use the macro tool in the solution).
Regex was easier to create than I thought it would be.
