At first I thought that my solution was not right, but then I just check on the posted solution and the only difference is the use of the macro to add the totals to each row.

I felt a bit clumsy whilst building my workflow:

Extracting hashtags with RegEx -> cleaning it up and removing hashtags as well... -> restoring the tag -> aggregating steps + final join
