Challenge #54: Data Prep Address Parsing

I went for a scalable solution that automatically assigned the city based on a match of the last one or two words before the state and the state, using a list of all states and cities which I found online. I works for these instances but perhaps not a larger population, depending on city name variety.

There is probably also there is a way to use Google Search/Maps API to quickly check an address and suggest the correct format, and even picking up the missing ZIP codes, but too advanced for me at the moment!
