Here is my take on this weekly challenge

It seems there is plenty of ways to solve this, and my result does not match 100% with the provided output, but is seems to be on the accuracy on the decimals in the calculated doubles,

Can't quite figure out if that is because my solution is wrong, og due to the different places where the calculations is wrong, og just because the provided output has been sanitized.

Anyway here is my take

Afterwards I noticed others had used the Spatial Process to get the intersected areas.
That did not cross my mind, since - at least in my 2019.1 version - then the Spatial Match tool, does provide an option to output the Intersection Objects (Intersects Only),
