Challenge #50: Preparing Survey Data

I am a relatively new Alteryx user and I am not sure if my solution is the correct one or not but i took the easier route. and it gets me the correct output.
I removed the top row in the data file to get the correct column names
F38 corresponds to age column

used text to column to get the response and ages in two different columns
renamed the response column as per the value corresponding to 38 in column value in the questions file.
