Cool intro into using Apps! For some reason, can't post the solution though. Keeps sayin gthe contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type.

If you want to upload said file, you need to export the workflow to .yxzp via the menu options in designer.

This may be a bit more complicated than necessary, but I'm happy with it as I managed to avoid hardcoding the HR positions using a transpose / cross tab trick to get the positions as field names, which are able to be read into the list box.
