Got an error when trying to attach the .yxmz to the post. Attaching a macro instead.

So I got highly frustrated with this one, as I had no clue why the app wouldn't work... so full credit to @mceleavey for posting how to get the browser to show the results in the Interface Designer.

Attached is my solution.

My first analytic app! Added steps to dynamically populate the drop down. Curious to know if there is a better way to do this.

Would be great to be able to pipe the values into the list box tool...but I guess you'd need a chained app to do that which would produce a file exactly like the one posted in the challenge as input.
