This is my first experience using Apps. I was having trouble working out how to set the list of possible values. After speaking to @JamesMA, he showed me a way to make the app dynamically pick up all the possible values in the hierarchy. This is done by outputting the list to a file, and using the drop-down external source function.

Challenge 5 is done! Transposed and joined back to keep the app dynamic in the case of further columns entering the data set.
