Couple notes:
Select tools after the Create Points so the Centroids are Named - just a housekeeping thing.
First Formula tools - sets the starting "Remaining Inventory" - it is possible to do this all in the Multi-Row tools, setting values for rows that don't exist to Null and then incorporating isnull() into the if then elseif, but IMO it over complicates the multi-row tool.

Pretty straight forward after realizing that Running Sum was the way forward.
