A few more tools than the solution, but gets to all the answers.

Couple notes:
Select tools after the Create Points so the Centroids are Named - just a housekeeping thing.
First Formula tools - sets the starting "Remaining Inventory" - it is possible to do this all in the Multi-Row tools, setting values for rows that don't exist to Null and then incorporating isnull() into the if then elseif, but IMO it over complicates the multi-row tool.

Wow...lots of tools on this one.

I'm not sure this is the most elegant solution, but it does work...

Did I miss something?

I just downloaded the start file to work on this one and it looks like I'm missing some data.

I have Retail Demand data, Retail Location data, and Warehouse Supply data - but I don't see any warehouse location data...

I need this information to solve the problem - unless I am misunderstanding something...?

Always a pleasure to muck about with the spatial tools.

Pretty straight forward after realizing that Running Sum was the way forward.

Solution attached, used an iterative macro, interesting to see the solutions that include a running total .
