10th challenge finished.

So for this one it was a case of using the Formula tool to make a If loop replacing the initial digits of the entries in the date column with either '19' or '20'. The DateTime tool was then used to convert the dates to the preferred format. Finally the Select tool was used to drop the unneeded column so the output matched that of the given output.
