Could have done this with one formula but I decided to break it into steps to make it more readable.

Nice little challenge. Can be done as a warm up before starting work in the morning. I used 2 tools in order to match the output, but it could have been done with only the first tool I used.

I just read through some of the other solution replies and realized that I missed an opportunity, as described by NicoleJohnson on 04-07-2017 08:29 PM..., to join a cool club...
