This was a challenging one, but allowed me to increase my RegEx skills. I wish I knew how to have RegEx do a repeating pattern so I didn't write out a super long formula.

When you're more familiar with iterative macros, things are easier and quicker to do.

Nested iterative macros nail this challenge with a few tools.
