The current website that you download from seems to have a different data set than the one in the provided solution. It appears it has been updated over the last five years. So my formatting matches but I have 300 more records than the provided solution.
My results didn't perfectly match the solution provided, as the data has been refreshed to 2020-21. However, this challenge probably took over an hour to resolve, but totally worth the time!
