Again, not quick but getting there.

1. Unique tool to create unique reference numbers. and sum tool to get the average Number of Vehicles.  Answer: 1.817008
2. Sum tool grouped by time bucket and count distinct of Reference Number. Sort and sample the first on the list. Answer: Evening 4663
3. Filter to Casualty Class="Pedestrian", sum tool to count distinct reference numbers. Answer: 2562
4. create formula to show if accident was fatal. Use Oversample tool to oversample this field by 50%. Feed into Logic Regression tool using this field as the target variable and check the listed fields as predictor variables. Answer: Pedestrian - 0.00615
