An interesting puzzle - a bit surprised by some idiosyncracies of the filter for dates though

Process:
- Create points for accident locations
- Find intersection of accident locations postcodes with Spatial Match tool
- Count accidents in each postcode with Summarise tool
- Find postcode with most accidents
(LS8: 1,385)
- Filter accidents for 2015 (those within 1 year of 1 Jan 2015)
- Count records
- Filter 2015 accidents for dates on or after 1 Sep 2015 (those within 4 months of 1 Sep 2015)
- Count records
- Calculate percentage of accidents on or after 1 Sep 2015
(36.8442%)
- Repeat above process, but for 2014
-- Note; had to double filter to remove 1 Jan 2015 results (since within 4 months of 1 Sep)
- Result for 2014: 35.8932%
- Append data for 2014 and 2015
- Calculate difference in percentage
(0.9511%)
