Here's my solution! Actually encompasses instances where a doctor is involved in more than one practice, as well.

I reverse-engineered from the answer.

It was quite a challenge for me, but finally got there.

Copied the html into notepad++ for better formatting. all relevant tags, <h3>-<h5> are within <li> tag

It took me a while to figured out to "ignore the XML error and continue".

After parsing the practice <h5> tag, there were some duplications as compared to <h3> and <h4> tag. Indicating one to many relationship, so aggregation was needed.
