This took me quite a while actually as I'm unfamiliar with regex syntax, however good to practice. Not sure why the second formula tool was needed, it looks like my solution works without it.

EDIT: Now that I'm looking at the solution, I realize how the Parse option works, I should have used that over the Tokenize option
