Extremely fun challenge! My solution was super brute-force though, haha.
Had fun working in Designer Cloud (Trifacta experience) to solve this one. The "create column from example" feature blew my mind! (GIF below - but if hard to read all I had to due to parse the number and name from the value column was enter a 1 on the first row)
