Here's my solution. Took me a long time to format the card...The chained application is dynamic in both the message selection (per user selections) and the image since it takes one of the images at random and uses it for the card's background.

Hi Carter, could you please share app # 2?  appreciate it.  I am stuck with writing a formula for 'Entering Recepient's Name' in the app Action tool.  How do you write a formula to replace a name in the Text with the Recipients name?  I tried a couple formulas, but they did not work.
