Challenge #34: Date-Time Formatting

TonyA

The trickiest part of this one was figuring out what I was supposed to do since the DateTime tool handles this situation without an issue. I'm guessing that tool wasn't around when this challenge was created so keeping in the spirit of the challenge, I had to decide how much of the conversion to do in a formula. Here's what I came up with

A similar solution to many other solutions out there. I this is slightly easy as compared to Macro problems.

The solving thrill continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As others have mentioned, the DateTime tool must not have been available when this challenge was created.  The solution can be done in literally one step.  I did both -- the one-step and the macro because I need macro practice.

My first thought was that you didn't need a macro, just a datetimeparse formula but I didn't want to skimp on the requirement of building a macro so I also have that solution included too!
