After checked with most of solutions, just realized that I should filter out the company with average rating instead of the individual ratings. Some companies have a rating of 4 for some products but also they might have the rating other than 4 for other products. So, the average rating of those companies can't be perfect 4.
My solution has been modified as attachment.
