Here is my solution. I was a bit confused by the dates mentioned in the question so I went with Mar-May = spring, Jun-Aug = Summer & Sep-Nov = fall.

 

Found I had to use two date-time options plus a text to columns to split up date and time. Keen to see how others did that in a more efficient way.

Solved. also added a process to reconcile my calculated numbers with the target numbers. Noises due to inaccurate rounding. Enjoy!

I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who was getting the different results.

-I'm sure that there is probably a better way,.

-I used 4 Text-to-Columns, a transpose and a cross-tab.
