I used the updated exercise and answer key. However, I think it's still incorrect. I had to use the "Round" formula to match the solution. I think it should be the CEIL formula since the prompt said to round up, not just round.

despite the instruction stating to round up the average temps, the provided output is just standard rounding.

 

also, use Winter December 21 to close the Fall period since the data runs to the end of the year.
