Hi! Here my solution :)

Ok took a while to understand the layout of the data. Solution using Record selection to isolate out the header and the data part and filter tool to get the lines with the required data. I guess using Regex would make the solution more generic.

Was confused as the the first record is missing from the output (i.e 31 records vs 30) but then realised that there was no date attached to first record.

Went with just selecting the rows manually at first, but then added some example methods for possible later use.
