This one really could have used some more explanation of how the data is organized... felt like we were just left to look at the Output to try to guess where it came from.  I think in the real world we would have asked someone how the data is organized and where are the key cells.  I had an extra step or 2 to help me troubleshoot and check data matches.

 

Seemed like the key was realizing the important rows are those that have a dates following them in the first column of the next row.  Not easy to glean and should have come out of a quick conversation in the real world.
