These scavenger-hunt style challenges are always fun! I went ahead and parsed all of the fields (even though it wasn't totally necessary to find the answers, it seemed like that was in the spirit of the challenge).

Weird stuff altogether as there's room for ambiguity but I got a list of suspects with clue reasons. I could simplify the workflow with 1 formula + 1 select + 1 filter + 1 sort tool but that wouldn't be more enjoyable for me 😁
