Submit FeedbackOnce I realized that there was a tie between France and Sweden in 1991, I decided to build in the tie-break logic. Apparently, if there is a total points tie, the tie-break is based on the count of each point value (so, which country got the most 12-point votes, the most 10-point votes, etc.) The provided solution has France as the winner, but Sweden actually won when the tie-break logic is applied.
