I would argue that the donut chart carries little information value. Each slice includes the proportion of representation. What does it mean to aggregate this data?

ok, got stuck on a couple of points:
1 - most female political representation - i mistook this to mean bums on seats, not %, so i scratched my head to find out where in the dataset it showed a total of all politicians!
2 - bar chart good, pie chart bad!
