The reporting tool always makes my head hurt, but I still managed to create a hideous pie chart.

There's possibly be a mistake in the solution though. The table says "Number of Seats Held" when it's actually the percentage of seats held. Unless all the countries have 100 seats in parliament (my research suggests they don't) this is differing from what the data actually says.
