Process:
- Create spatial point for surf sites
- Sort by Latitude (desc)
- Append Hotel site object
- Add Record ID
- Create a starting point as Hotel (for first trip) or prior Surf Site for subsequent trips
- Create an end point as surf site
- Calculate distance for each trip
- Aggregate distances
- Multiply by per mile cost
