Agree with @TonyAndriani that the question is number of leagues represented. If less than 5, then show city on list. This would include New York City. Yes, Bronx is a borough of NYC. I did ignore that fact. The NY Giants and Jets both play in East Rutherford, NJ so there's that as well. Though not a part of NYC, essentially, NYC.
