I have 47 cities that don't have all 5 "big leagues", 10 cities that do.

I believe there should be 48 cities - New York doesn't have a MLS or NFL team.

Think that New York City may be missing from the Output, as there's no NFL team there yet it's not included?

 Loved the Sports theme :)

I got 47 too - my reasoning was that it has 2 Ice Hockey teams, so the given solution (sorting by team names) doesn't find distinct leagues. However, I'm in agreement with your answer!

Similar to others, I used a countdistinct on Leagues and came up with 48 (vs solution of 47) teams.  NYC is the difference with 5 teams but not 5 leagues.
