Here is my solution for Weekly challenge 318.

The one bit of data cleaning you all seem to have missed is that Cavachon is erroneously shown as 'Large' in Input 1. Once you fix that, the answer - as expected - is that he should get a Cavachon! (OK, depends on how you interpret the 'barking' index).
