SmartRound is weird.  Not sure I like it.  😀  I dont think I could explain that output of the rounded column to someone.

Solution:

I noticed that in the provided solution the total number of records before records are removed are used in the calculation to determine the percentage that each size represents, while the counts of each size, which are used in that same calculation, are found after records are removed. Was that done intentionally?
