Please see my solution attached. As other folks mentioned, the Coupon formula in the Output example seems to contain an error (i.e. ABC + Record ID + Order Number + Record ID instead of ABC + Record ID + Order Number + Row Count), which I've taken into account in my solution, so the actual Coupon codes may differ a bit.
