Would have saved myself a lot of regex pain if I'd have looked at the "B" hint sooner ... Oh, well, some hard core regex action is good for the soul.

One of the best challenges! Will definitely do full series dedicated to IBAD. Thanks you @NicoleJohnson!

Why do I always feel like I use too many tools? Anyway, here is my solution.
For regions A and B I changed the Input Tool setting to append the file name and generate the Region filed based on that information. I also noted that I need to filter out Bank Account Number and DateTime fields before removing any leading zeros. In all other respects I followed the instructions.

For the Region C I decided to map client, bank branch and region information to underlying transactions to have everything in a single row. All of this is achieve in the first line of the workflow.
In the 2nd and 3rd lines I follow similar parsing steps as for Regions A and B.
