My solution. Got a lot more countries with two new year holidays, as I checked all holidays that had 'New Year' in the name.
I figured out a different approach I think

by using the first and last days of the year to catch countries with two consecutive global holidays - only assumption is that the next year will be the same though
Wording got me slightly confused on this one...

...but I worked on the assumption that both the holiday days were during the New Year, rather than including New Year's Eve.
