For example, in the Faroe Islands you have that 2019-01-01 is for New Year's Day but 2019-12-31 is for New Year's Eve as a public holiday. Given that it is fixed date then 2018-12-31 would be celebrated too implying that Faroe Islands celebrates over 2 days.

I disagree with the output, as there are a bunch of countries which have both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day off, but aren't included in the output. Also Russia should probs be included too...
