Yeah, still not very good at these.

A little under 8 minutes, what with the fumbling about with the grouping on the sum tools like a drunken toddler. (NOTE: Don't give alcohol to toddlers. If you needed that warning, you probably shouldn't have a toddler.)

This was just a case of grouping, summing and smooshing. Aside from the Pearson correlation, which is about as easy as it gets. You use the Pearson Correlation tool.

 

I've been pivoting a lot recently. I often use crosstab and transpose combinations to replace joins if the fields are dynamic...
