Fun challenge! thanks. Kind of makes you miss a Running Avg.-tool.

 

Some of the solution headers was concatenated and error in r6mo-versions in Multi-Row Formula tool in solution. Looks like missing tickmark in "HP Category"

I believe there is a mistake in the solution where one of the 'group by's was not used in the multi-row formula for six-month moving average. My solution attached

This one was tough.  I ended up using Sean's solution as a tutorial.  Learned a lot, though, even though I didn't solve it on my own.  Here is my solution.
