Multi-Row Formula's "Set to values of the closest row" is a great feature, ideal for doing moving averages like this.

Solution attached. Looks like the solution key requires an update to the Multi-Row Tool to have the 6-mo rolling average group by RM Category.

I think the output solution provided here is not correct. Its mixing everything in the "Name" column and not practical too.

Please review my solution and let me know if that is correct or, do I need to take some other route..

This is a repost.  I went back and looked at some of my earlier attempts.  

This time around I have different answers because I didn't use the impute tool; I calculated values based on monthly averages. I think this gives a more accurate picture.  I also had more steps because I renamed fields.
