The final results in the starter made the challenge a bit not clear. Got it done after all almost same as proposed solution except for the header naming and replacing Null() with 0.

I like the challenge question, but personally am not a big fan of the default solution.  I don't think the output presented in the original output view makes a meaningful sense because viewer finds it hard to understand the value with their first glance.  Hence, I purposefully keep the original value, quarterly and semi-annual running average in separate columns.
