Challenge 3 done... I wish I had had something like this when I was calculating admissions and readmissions when I was working in healthcare data!

I took a very different approach by spamming the copy paste button, the the results are there.  I like the official solution better.  Need to get used to thinking that way.

Interesting one.  I had a different approach to start with, which was to treat fields individually for 3mo and 6mo averages, but that would have been a cluster of multi-row formula objects.  This was a good opportunity to try out a dynamic approach instead.
