Here's my solution. Determining the time Santa is in the nearest city is kind of tough; decided to use mod and the hints from the instructions regarding the clock / time. It works for my city.
I followed the same approach as in the solution provided on this one. It was a fun one with the recipe link, really neat, thanks!
